Gail leads COVEY’s finance function and is responsible for managing the financial operations and reporting requirements of the charity. She works collaboratively with colleagues across COVEY to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements together with ensuring effective financial management, budget setting, risk mitigation and financial control.

Gail is a Chartered Accountant and previously worked in finance roles in the UK and US for PricewaterhouseCoopers, British Telecom and Lloyds Bank. In addition to this she has always held voluntary financial positions related to youth in the community in education, sport and scouting.
