Our new strategy has launched, with four strategic aims:

1. Sustainability - We will build a sustainable and dynamic organisation.

2. Collaboration - We will work in partnership with local and national government, grant funders, charities and other key stakeholders to create improved outcomes for the children, young people and families we support.

3. Service Development - We will expand our services and geographical reach to support more children, young people and families.

4. Awareness - Increase awareness amongst our key audiences of what we do, why it's important, the difference we make and how people can support the charity.
