What have you enjoyed most about your COVEY group?

“Meeting my friend James because I would never have met him if it wasn’t for COVEY. Every week we do snack time and you get to share what’s going on in your life this week or what’s coming up and then you also get to hear other people’s stories, so it’s really fun and a good way to get to know what people are like around you.”

Have you changed since starting with COVEY?

“I feel a bit calmer because I can trust all the people around me and I know they’ve got my back. Sometimes I used to find it hard to go up and talk to someone, but now I can go up and make friends.”

What do you think is good about COVEY?

“I would say it’s really fun. It’s not just a group full of a certain kind of people, anybody could come and have a great time because people in the group are safe, they’re fun, they’re just a joy to be around with.”
