John joined the Board in 2021 to leverage his extensive social work experience and help COVEY make a difference for children, young people and families. Despite working in Lanarkshire since the late 1990s, the issues of poverty and disadvantage remain largely unchanged. His passion for supporting those facing significant challenges has never waned.

John believes his experience with children and families can help COVEY make a significant impact. He is highly motivated to make a difference and bring the drive, energy, and determination to succeed. John cares deeply about COVEYs work and being a Trustee affords him an excellent opportunity to help COVEY fulfil its purpose.
