Celebrating our Volunteers

After lots of preparations, it was finally time for COVEY’s Volunteers’ Night. This was a great chance for our volunteers to get together, share experiences and get to know each other. 

We heard updates from Lee, our CEO, and Ewan, our Volunteer Development Officer, who spoke about the ways we’re working to give back to our volunteers.

Our creativity was then put to good use! From favourite pets, to creative characters and hobbies, we designed biscuits that said a little something about us! We discussed the best ways to recruit volunteers and how we recognise their contributions. 

Our Volunteers’ insight is incredibly valuable to us and this feedback will help us shape COVEY’s approach as we move forward.
